I’ve been a mentor and coach before for both W&M undergrads and Darden first-year MBA candidates. I’ve also been on the other side of the table and have had incredible mentors to learn from in my own circle. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been supported in taking some non-traditional leaps in my career and personal life and am excited to pay it forward in support of others!
Some fun facts:
I’ve often taken the path less traveled. I studied psychology at W&M in undergrad and post-college moved overseas to teach English and travel in Florence, Italy. This “gap year” experience while my friends took real jobs was one of the scariest and best decisions I made in my twenties to figure out what I wanted out of my life and career. Since then, I’ve explored start-ups and corporations across a wide spectrum of industries and recently completed Darden’s full-time MBA program. On a personal front, I’ve moved and lived all over the DMV, NYC, and Italy, had several serious relationships, and now am engaged to a fellow entrepreneurial spirit running his own company.
