Born and raised in Houston, Texas, so all about that southern hospitality. I've worked in male-dominated industries my entire career (finance, tech, entrepreneurship, getting an MBA). I've wanted to blaze a path and open a door for women and underrepresented minorities to explore these spaces and become leaders. I've also built an incubator for women who are thinking about starting companies so they have a supportive community around them that keep pushing them forward.
